Located in historic Indian Springs next to the oldest State Park in the Nation, Pinky's Parlor & Cafe' is nestled between its three-acre English Rose Garden and Japanese Garden with twin koi ponds. Filled with flowers, greenery, and native stones, the relaxing rhythm of water features is balanced by soft music of Sinatra, Patsy Cline, Nora Jones, and other choices of the clientele's liking.    Featuring home-made breads, lunch includes large sandwiches, fresh garden salads, and soups such as mushroom brie or rich clam chowder.   Don't forget to try the homemade potato and pasta salad, or chunky chicken salad adorned with local seasonal fruit.  Homemade cakes, cookies, and other deserts finish off the soiree.   Open daily, the cafe' serves Georgia wine exclusively, a very large selection of international beers, imported lemonades, and of course, homemade sweet tea.  Cuddle up next to the indoor fireplace or relax around the outdoor fireplace on the unique rugged teak furniture imported from South Asia.   For picnics on the go, call ahead or grab imported cheeses, Norwegian Salmon, assorted crackers, olives, summer sausage, sauces, private-label jams and jellies, and old-fashioned candies.

Named after Pinky, a character of a woman from the early 1900's who owned the original store site selling chickens, chicken eggs, moonshine and local interesting goodies still available in the Big Chief Country Store connected to the Café.  Shopping in the historic district surrounds the Café with antiques, arts, ice cream, children's and ladies' clothing and garden shops, and The Big Chief Country Store.

Pinky's Parlor & Cafe' is available for private parties, receptions, and business meetings
