Rental is 4 hours use for each event and clean up is allowed for one hour following event.
Private parking is provided, but security and parking attendants are suggested.

For a wedding onsite, a flat fee applies of $2,000 which includes:
use of elegant Victorian Bathroom, cream bedroom for bridal party dressing, blue bedroom for parents dressing area and the "Man Cave" for Groom's party to gather before wedding. In addition, the one-hour rehearsal the evening before is included and a total of 4 hours for set-up day of ceremony. Professional, experienced coordinator required.
